The Ballroom

The newly remodeled ballroom boasts beautiful dark hardwood floors, ceiling beams and contemporary finishes. Grand windows throughout the space flaunt stunning views of the 18th green and waterfall pond, while natural light pours strikingly into the space. A newly designed deck wraps around the room, creating the perfect ambiance for you and your guests during social hour or after dinner drinks. The ballroom can accommodate any group size, from 10 to 250. A private modern bar creates the perfect flow for guests to enjoy a refreshing craft beer from our rotating lines, a glass of wine from our extensive wine list or a custom handcrafted cocktail. Equipped with a high-tech sound system, A/V equipment and rolling screens for presentations - the ballroom is the perfect space for corporate events and large parties.

The Founders Room

An intimate private dining space perfect for groups of 25 or less. Setup flexibility allows us to set the room family style, u-shaped, or cocktail style creating the perfect ambiance for your event. Friendly knowledgeable service staff will offer your guests wine, beer or cocktails and serve your table/s with perfect execution. We encourage you to customize the space to suit your needs such as wine table setups, appetizer displays and music selections from our overhead sound system. Our creative Event Planners will design your menus and offer you complimentary tablescapes such a votive candles, charger plates and table runners.

The Private Dining Room

Tucked away with privacy options our Chef's Table is an experience like no other. Get a bird's eye view of Chef Kevin and his team as they prepare your personalized menu from scratch. The Chef's Table can seat 8 comfortably and is a unique idea for that 40th birthday party or private business meeting.

The Activities

Olympic Hills offers an array of activities to make your event something special. From an outdoor ice rink to lawn games we keep the fun going all year long.

The Bays

The Bays at Olympic Hills, an external building consisting of two indoor / outdoor golf hitting bays along with entry and lounge areas, were completed in June 2018 and came out truly remarkable. The facility is the first in Minnesota to have the ability to open garage doors and hit balls outside while standing inside a heated environment or close the garage doors, deploy a screen, and use the same space as a simulator.

Meet the Team

Emily has been with Olympic Hills since June 2021 and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. Emily loves helping our wedding couples make their special day perfect, as well as helping coordinate events in our beautiful event space. Emily's attention to detail and follow through with her clients is one of her many strengths she brings to the team! She’s known to write down her thoughts and ideas on post-it notes (which can be seen on the walls of her office!) In her free time she likes to spend time with family, visit flea markets and craft shows, and trying out new baking recipes.

Meet the Team

Hannah has been in the hospitality industry for 10 years, and graduated from NDSU with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She started at Olympic Hills in 2018 and has worked many roles within the company. As the Food and Beverage Manager she manages the beautiful dining room, and helps organize member events. Hannah is always happy and eager to help however she can. In her free time you’ll find her practicing her golf game and most likely she’s at Target.

Meet the Team

Kevin has been connected to the food industry his entire working life from farm to table.  He’s always inspired by how food ties us all together and can tell a story, as well as an outlet for artistic passions. While working at the Lake Elmo Inn, Kevin attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary College. He spent his free time honing his skills in both restaurant and catered events, keeping his focus on building his palette and food knowledge. After culinary school looking to travel, he worked as a Chef for Redstone American Grill. Over the following 10 years he traveled the country opening each of their new restaurants then finally landing at the Minnetonka, Minnesota location. Working for and learning from such amazing leaders in the industry has taught Kevin about quality, attention to detail and consistency.  In 2016 Kevin attended a continuing education program hosted at each of the Culinary Institute of America campuses focusing on world cuisines, ethical responsibilities, industry trends and health and wellness.  He continues to bring fun and innovative experiences to the membership and corporate events and has a passion to bring food and service to the next level.

They literally removed all of the tasks from my plate so I could actually be at a guest at the party "I" was throwing!
