Olympic Hills Golf Club Monday Golf Events

Olympic Hills Golf Course offers excitement for every player in a spectacular setting of hardwoods, wetlands, and wildlife habitats.  The tree lined fairways, elevation change, and sixty sand bunkers add to the challenge!

 The Clubhouse has a spectacular view of the ninth hole and our waterfall garden.  Our banquet room seats up to 280 guests.  The spacious terrace provides a perfect atmosphere for hors d‘oeuvres and cocktails.  An ideal facility to host your event!

For each event at Olympic Hills Golf Club (hereinafter, Olympic Hills), the group and contact person agrees to the following terms and agreements.

Monday Tournament Agreement

Rates:              $195-$225 per person (Tax and Service Charges Included)
                        Lower rates available for May and September

Minimum:        100 golfers (a few dates are available for 25-50 players)

Deposit:           $3000.00 Non-refundable deposit is required to secure a date.            

Included:          $10.00 Pro Shop Credit Per Player, Lunch, Dinner, Range Balls,

Locker Rooms, Green Fees and Golf Carts

Note: Beverages are additional       

 

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event Olympic Hills must cancel or delay your event due to weather, the policy is outlined below.  The sponsoring group will be required to pay for any additional golf carts rented and any other expenses incurred.

-3 or fewer holes played…Group responsible for food portion of package $70 pp, the driving range $3pp, and the $10 pp pro shop credit.

-4 to 10 holes played…Group responsible for food portion $70 pp, the $10 pp pro shop credit, the driving range $3pp, cart fees $20 pp, and 50% of green fees $45 pp.

-10 or more holes played…Group responsible for all fees.

If recent rains make the use of motorized carts impractical, the event shall continue.

 

Metal Spikes

Ø      Olympic Hills prohibits the use of metal spikes, therefore, to ensure that your event starts on schedule, encourage all golfers to do one of the following:

v     Plan to arrive an additional fifteen minutes early for soft spike conversion.

Dress Code Policy

Ø      No denim allowed, collared shirts required and shorts must be at knee level.  This policy will be strictly enforced and guests will be asked to change if violated.

Final Pairings

Ø      A final pairings sheet must be received by the golf staff no later than the Friday preceding event date.  Olympic Hills will charge according to the number of players or the guaranteed number, whichever is greater.

Food and Beverage

Ø      Arrangements for food and beverage must be made throughout the Catering Director no later than 30 days prior to the event date.  The sponsoring group shall provide Olympic Hills with a guaranteed number of persons to be served by 12:00 p.m. the Thursday preceding event date.  Olympic Hills will charge according to the number served or the guaranteed number, whichever is greater.

Ø      All food and beverage served on the property of Olympic Hills shall be provided by Olympic Hills; no food or beverage shall be brought in from outside sources.  Please inform all hole sponsors that this policy will be in effect, and no beverages or candy bars are allowed to be given out, unless they are purchased through Olympic Hills.

Ø      Beverages can be either hosted by the sponsoring group or request guests to pay on a cash basis.

Ø      One beverage station included.

Ø      Additional beverage stations are available for $100.00 each.

Payments

Ø      The balance of all accounts must be paid within 30 days of the event.  A delinquency assessment of 1.5% per month is charged on past due accounts.

Other

Ø      Contact the golf shop at (952) 941-6265 to select your tournament gifts and prizes.  Items can be logo-ed and personalized!  (Please allow ample time to place these orders).

Ø      Due to limited storage space in the clubhouse, tournament gifts and prizes not purchased through Olympic Hills cannot be shipped or brought in any earlier than 24 hours prior to the event.

Ø      Golf clinics by the P.G.A. Professional Staff are available.

Ø      All goods and services at Olympic Hills are subject to a 6.65% Minnesota Sales Tax.  All alcoholic beverages are taxed at 9.15%.  If you are tax exempt, please provide a tax exemption certificate along with your reservation deposit.  Tax exemption applies only to green fees, cart fees, and pro shop merchandise. Please note that the state of Minnesota states, that all food and beverage sold by eating establishments is subject to sales tax.

Ø      All beverages are subject to a 20% Service Charge.  The Service Charge is property of Olympic Hills Golf Club, which has complete discretion to its distribution.  The service charge percentage cannot be guaranteed until 60 days prior to the event.  Beverages are not included in the $195.00 per player tournament price, and are subject to service charge and sales tax.

Ø      Hole sponsors must meet the regulations of Olympic Hills.  The sponsoring group will be liable for any charges that occur if the Club’s regulations are not met.  Please inform all hole sponsors of the Clubs’ food and beverage policy.

Ø      Olympic Hills Golf Club will not be liable for loss or damage to personal belongings or property of persona attending such events.

Ø      Rental Clubs Available: $35 Per Set.  Reservations required.

Ø      The Driving Range will be available two hours before start time, with hitting from the mats only.  Due to the length of our newly constructed driving range, woods will not be allowed.

Ø      Olympic Hills members are not exempt from Tournament Fees.

Ø      Vendor tables on the golf course will be $25 per table with 2 chairs.

 

Management reserves the right to adjust these policies as the season progresses.  Any policy changes will be provided in writing to the sponsoring group.  No changes will be made to rates, fees, or charges, although the service charge on beverages  cannot be guaranteed until 60 days prior to the event.
